United Way sets funding goal The U nited Way Board of D irectors has approved a cam paign goal of $8,315.05, for 1975. A chievem ent of the goal will require an average increase of 8.1 per cent o ver last year, accord ing to Philip R. Bogue. U n ited Wav president. The Board also approved allocations for 89 agencies, including in North and N ortheast Portland.
