posts. She asked for repairs
to her ceiling, but was told
by PDC that they could not
repair it. They hired l-egget
Construction to do the work.
Legget put on porch rails
and left. The upright pieces
of the rails are not sized
iroperlv and do not fit. This
leaves spaces where they
should fit tight and does not
make a sturdy rail. The rails
are nailed into the rotting
porch posts. The side boards
of the posts are rotting and
loose from the posts. In one
place the new rail was at
tached to the post with putty
and sticks.
When Mrs.
Florence called PDC to see
when the work would be
finished, she was told the job
was completed.
