Married in Church Ceremony

The children of Mr. and
M rs. William Asa Graves have
Invited friends to greet their
parents at a reception to com ­
memorate their golden wed­
ding anniversary on Sunday
from three thirty until five
thirty at Bethel AME Church.
Fifty one years ago, on July
4, William Graves saw a little
young lady dancing In Spokane.
He made the decision tliat she
was the girl he wanted to spend
the rest of his life with before
he met her. He asked her to
w altt with him and said to
her, “ Little girl you’ve met
me to your sorrow .” They
were married June 11, 1921,
one year later.
The bride wore a Chinese
