D r. Howard C herry, Multno
mah County Representative,
who carried the b ill on the
floor pointed out that it is im
portant
that every property
owner has the right to purchase
protection for his property and
that
he is able to purchase
this protection at reasonable
rates.
The b ill does not provide
crim e

believed that this type of pro
tection w ill be available because
of a recently passed federal
law scheduled to go into effect
August 1 of this year.
