The suit contends that the alleg.
ed discrim ination and brutality
are part of a design to shorten or
diminish the lives of all Mexican
A m erican people in the Los Ange
les area and that by the definition
of genocide established at the Nu
rem berg T ria ls , such a design is
genocide.
Also named as defendants are
