$75,000, each bond in the denomina

and maturing serially in annual

properties, rights and irrigating sys
tem of Middle Fork Irrigating com
pany, making necessary extent-lens
and Improvements to said properties
and otherwise carrying out the pur
poses and provisiona of the law re
lating to irrigation districts in Oregon,
Bids must be accompanied by a cer
tified check or cashier's check on some
responsible bank for at least 2 i the
face value of said bonds, payable to
Charles E. Mcintosh, president of said
irrigation district, to be forfeited as
liquidated damages In case the bid
der shail withdraw his bid, or shall
fail to pay for said bonds in the avent
of his bid being accepted by said
board of directors. Said bonds will
be sold to the highest bidder for cash.
The said board of directors reserve
the right, however, to reject any or
'all bids, or any part or parts ot any
