action, raw material, manufactured or
partly manufactured material ana
products or supplies.
If the sum of the highest bids for
the separate units aggregate more tnan
the highest bid for the plants ss a
whole, then the unit bids will be ac
cepted and each plant struck off to
the highest bidder for that plant. If the
highest bid for the plants as a whole
Is greater than the aggregate of ths

whole shall be received for less than
$270,000. Each successful bidder shall

such particularity as may be reasonably
possible, of the personal property which
is the subject of the sale, and a list
of the leases of the machinery and
equipment, together with their terms
and conditions, which are to be In
cluded in the sale; and also to turn
with the said clerk within the time
hereinabove named, a list of the prop
erty acquired under conditional sale
contracts, and a ge'neral statement ot
the Pacific Northwest Canning com
pany, and to file a copy of- said con
tract with the Colorado Packing cor
poration. Reference is made to the

The receiver Is required to report the
successful bid or bids to the court
within three (3) days after the sale
with his recommendations thereon, and
the matter of the confirmation of said
sale, if made, will come on for hearing
