READ THIS IF YOU WANT A PER FECT SUBURBAN HOME, of which no parallel exists. This offer will make you act at once, which you will have to do if you take advantage of iC An exceptional place, the kind you rarely find for sale. You will agree with me from the location and im provements, nothing on the coast matches it for native trees, shrubbery, and flowers, say nothing of the fruit trees, about a hundred, selected varie ties, all in full bearing; also berries and cranes of all kinds in profusion. Soil so rich that you could grow most anything. There are about three acres scientifically laid and landscaped; the other two ready for crop of most any thing you may choose to raise. This place ts practically on the paved high way, being just a little aside to avoid dust and noise. It is a very secluded place, yet not lonely. Location and situation are ideal and should charm the most esthetic and cultivated. This five acres has all the city conven iences, including city water, gas and electricity, and only 15 minutes from the business center. No city taxes to pay. To the lucky party who buys this five acres I will throw in the 7-room house, garage, barn and chicken house for good measure; will also throw in the chickens and cow. I cannot begin to write about the charms and beauty of this place, so come and see th owner, 173 10th St.. corner VainhiH. $50 CASH. $50 CASH. BaL $25 Monthly, Including Int.
