nine cases of -adulterated and mis
branded minced clams, unlabeled, were
arrested and taken Into the possession
of and now are in the possession of
the United States marshal for the dis-
trict of Oregon, pursuant to a warrant '
and process duly issued by the clerk
of the United States district court for
the district of Oregon, in a suit for
condemnation and forfeiture entitled, -"United
