Sterilize jars in the usual manner
and, after filling with fresh, perfect
fruit, fill the jars full with hot water
jn place of the usual syrua and pro

, AH fruits can be kept indefinitely
in this way until sugar declines in
price. To sweeten fruit when used
add sugar and heat until sugar is dissolved.
