The executive committee of the Shrine
for 1920 wilt receive bids for concessions
of various kinds for the week of June
20 to 26, said concessions to cover street
sales of articles suitable to such an oc
casion as the Shrine convention:
A concession for the sale of candy,
peanutd, sandwiches, soft drinks and Ice
cream In cones at all grandstands.
A concession for food stands.
A concession for soft drinks on streets.
A concession for the sale of balloons.
A concession for the sale of pennants.
A concession for the sale of other nov
elties. A concession for taking official photo
graphs. The committee will receive applica
tions for any and all kinds of conces
sions except for sale of confetti, ticklers
or similar devices, air snakes, talcum
powder, lampblack, balls attached to
rubber, American flags, earniva's, dog
shows, pony shows, wild wort shows, the
use, sale or operation of which are pro
hibited. No concession stands will be permitted
on streets.
All concessions must be accepted sub
ject to rules of city and those adopted
by this committee.
Samples must be submitted with bids.
All bids mutt be accompanied by cer
tified check covering full amount of cost
of concession.
