STRANGERS GET ESTATE
Relatives of Woman Found Mur
dered Cut Off in Will. .
REDWOOD CITY, Cal., June 9.
Ttelativea of Mrs. Sara Satcia Coburn.
ag-ed wealthy Pescadero widow, who
was found murdered last Wednesday
morning, are cut orf in her will with
the exception of her Imbecile etepson,
Wallace L. Coburn, 63. who is given a
small allowance, according to a peti
tion for special letters of. administra
tion, filed by the public administrator
here today.
"Strangers in blood," are left the- es
tate, which is upwards of $100,000. The
original estaie of her husband. Loren
Coburn, was appraised at $l,00O,0QU.
Falling Pole Damages Store.
The falling" of a cast-iron electric
liyht pole which had been loaded with
Kofie Festival decorations yesterday
damaged a store owned by IL Tanido,
101 North Sixth, street. Patrolman
Gouldstone, who investigated, reported
that the pole had rusted at the base
and broken under the weight of the
decorations. The pole was built to
carry a cluster of elecfric lights. No
one was injured in the wreck.
