Proposals for Two-Platoon Srsfem
May Solve Problem.
Firemen now asking for the estab
lishment of a two-platoon (two-shift)
plan in the Fire Bureau will submit
to City Commissioner Bigelow today
two proposals to meet the situation.
On proposal will be based on a two

ny firemen to the force. The other
will show a system with 50 men added.
These plans will show the financial
