SAVELY IS CONVICTED Defendant la Found Guilty of Vio lating Mann Act. Jurors In the court of Federal Judge Bean yesterday found J. R- Savely guilty of violatlo: of the Mann "white lave" act, but Interposed a recommen dation for leniency. Savely will receive sentence at the hands of Judge Bean Monday. Prosecution of the -charge against Savely consumed four days time In the Federal Court.
