Idaho state lignway commission at tne
office of the Secretary of State. Boise,
Idaho, until noon. Thursday, January 10,
1917. for the construction of a steel high
way bridge across the Clarks Fork of the
Columbia River at Clarks Fork. Idaho.
The bridge will consist of five 200-foot
spans with creosoted wood block floor and
concrete aoutments ana piers.
Plans and specifications mjjy be seen
and proposal forms obtained at the of
fice of the State Highway Engineer, Boise,
Idaho, or these will be mailed to any con
tractor desiring same upon receipt of $10,
said $10 to be returned upon return of
the plans and specifications, in good con
dition, to the State Hgiahway Engineer.
Contractors are required to visit the
site of the proposed bridge before sub
mitting their bids, in order that they may
become familiar with local conditions.
Each bid must be accompanied by a
certified check on some bank in the state
of Idaho, payable to the State Highway
Commission, in the amount of 3 per cent
