I s rt 5 ADMINISTRATOR TO STAY Attempt of Hollopeter Heirs to Re move X. M. Apple Kails. Efforts to have N. M. Apple removed as administrator of the estate of Eu nice E. Hollopeter failed yesterday, but County Judge Cleeton ruled that the administrator would not be allowed to pass on his own claims. " but that they must be presented in court later, at which time the heirs might contest them on fraud grounds. Mrs. Hollopeter died last August and Mr. Apple was appointed administrator In September. Judge Cleeton yester day heard the petition of Grace John son, of Junction City, and Nell Cadle, of Rickreall, heirs, alleging that Mr. Apple was not a creditor and should be removed. Judge Cleeton held that Mr. Apple should be retained because the heirs had been negligent In applying for papers of administration themselves and because Mr. Apple produced a note for S500, signed by Mrs. Hollopeter, a proof that he was a creditor. , Seattle Pioneer Dies at 94.
