Kalama. and Centralia, neither of which has ben defeated, will debate here, Kalama upholding the negative side of the question, "Resolved, That the Monroo Doctrin eshould be discontinued." The Bratlie-McCIelland shinglo mill at this place resumed operations Monday, after being Idle for nearly a week because of the weather. The mill will furnish employment to about 25 men.
