For single men a rock-breaking plant will bo established at Kelly Butte, where men willing to work will re ceive transportation, three meals, a bed and money for tobacco for breaking a specified amount of rock. The rock will be used In macadamizing the drives In, Mount Tabor Park. Married men will receive work excavating for a lake in Laurelhurst Park. The married men will be paid In cash, but will be limited in the amount they can do or earn in a day.
