POSTOFFICE BID IS MADE East Side Holding Company Would Build if Tender Accepted. The East Side Holding Company yesterday submitted a supplementary bid for furnishing quarters for the East Portland postal station, by re quest of the postal officials, which in dicates that the location of the sta tion has not yet been settled. Lepper, secretary, of the holding com pany, has had extensive correspond ence on the subject of the new loca tion and has urged that the office be on Grand avenue, where the bulk of the business is located.
