Controller of the Cur rency, to report to him the exact amount of their undivided profits, as well as the highest rate of Interest paid on deposits. The Controller expresses a desire to learn from the banks precisely how much they are earning and to deter mine. If possible, whether their earn-1 Ins; power Is In proper proportion to the Interest they are paying.
