Ora and Irvine "Woody, of Winchester,
whose testimony was essential at the
time of the trial. District Attorney
Brown appeared in the Circuit Court
today and asked tor a continuance of
the case of C. I Pearson and Frank
Eavis, indicted Jointly on a charge of
selling' liquor to minors. Ora and Ir
vine Woody, the prosecutor charges,
are the boys who purchased the liquor.
