Tony Krch. 24 years old. died from loss of blood yesterday morning at Good Samaritan Hospital, where he had been taken after being run over by a log ging train at Kelso, Wash. Erch was employed as a section hand by the Eastern & Western Lumber Company. Tuesday evening, while working on the road, he fell under one of the logging trains, several cars passing over one of his legs. He was immediately brought to Portland and taken to the hospital. The leg was amputated, but during the trip from Kelso he had lost so much blood that -he died at 6:30 yesterday morning. A brother, Michael, lives at 781 Harvard street. University Park. Joe Goske, who was convicted in Cir cuit Judge Morrow's court on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon, will appear for sentence next Monday. The penalty is from six months to ten years. Robinson Indictment Dismissed. Circuit Judge Morrow Tuesday ended prosecution of W. W. Wright, 58, of Fort Rock, Or., died Tuesday night. In Good Samaritan Hos pital, where he had been taking treat ment for cancer. The body was sent to Fort Rock yesterday. FARMERS ARE REGULAR Alblna Market Thrives and Prices Declared Satisfactory. M. H. Calef, secretary of the Alblna Business Men's Club, announced yes terday that more than 75 per cent of the farmers coming to the Alblna mar ket are from Clarke County, Wash ington, and the others from Multno mah County. Yesterday there were 30 wagons loaded with produce at the market. One man brought 90 dozen of eggs, all of which were sold. "We have got a good class of farm ers," said Mr. Calef yesterday, "who will make the Alblna market a perma nent affair. I sent out 75 invitations to farmers and 60 went to Clarke County. We had nearly 30 wagons from Clarke County Saturday. We have insisted on the farmers giving us right prices, and they have done so The buyers are getting fresh stuff 10 to 20 per cent below what they cost before and the producer is getting more for his wares. Our farmers have all agreed to come regularly to this market.
