Dr. R.' C Coffey, In presenting the
cash awards at the Public Library last
night to public school pupils who wrote
the prize-winning temperance essays
in the contest held by the Multnomah
County W. C. T. U-. advised the prohi
bition campaign committee that they
should print the essays as campaign
literature.
