ELECTRICAL LOCAL UPHELD Court Kules Union May Return to McXulty Taction of Workers. Local 125, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, may return to the McNulty faction. Circuit Judge Cleeton ruled yesterday, without in terference from the courts. The de cision was made in the case brought by L. T. Simpson against J. J. Solhoug. C. D. McConathy and M. F. Ille, offi cers of the local. In which an Injunc tion was asked to restrain the officials from misappropriating the funds and books of the local. Following the convention of 1908, held In St, Louis, which the Supreme tjourt of Ohio has held was irregular. many of the local chapters of the union affiliated with the officers elected at that convention, who represented the Reed faction. Since that time the Reed and McNulty factions have been at war. The local chapter identified it self with the Reed faction. When it was voted several months ago to reunite with the McNulty fac tion, which the courts have held to be the regular or parent body, the suit decided yesterday was brought by Simpson, a member of the local, who charged that the officers in returning to the McNulty faction were about to dissipate the funds and property of the local. 25 CENTS ROUND TRIP.
