'(Special.) It is suspected that the law
requiring: persons about to marry to
submit to a medical examination in
Oregon has not the terrors it once had
or is being: not rigidly enforced, as the
number of licenses issued here during
February was only 127, the lowest
number since last May.
Those securing licenses today were
