Every year more and more
attention is being paid to the
needs of the traveler. A few
years ago when one took a trip
they expected to give up all the
comforts of home until they
reached their destination; now
all of this is changed. In addi
tion to the comforts it is pos
sible to secure on the first-class
railroad or steamship, every day
little accessories are being per
fected for the traveler's per
sonal comfort We have just
received a large number of
leather goods novelties from our
Berlin office, including travel
ing cases fitted with comb,
brush, soap case, manicure ar
ticles, in fact everything for the
toilet; manicure cases equipped
complete, individual knife,
fork, spoon and drinking glass
in one small case, collapsible
drinking cups in case, traveler's
sewing cases, and other novel
ties too numerous to mention.
The holidays are coming on
apace and the person with fore
sight will begin to secure articles
for holiday giving.
We are showing our new
novelties as fast as they come in,
and the prices are the very low
1, . i .i
est possible, consistent with the
very highest class of merchan-
dise.

you some novel little receptacles to
take their places. Quaint little
Dutch figures, pert little Chinamen,
and charming little peasant girls,
with baskets on their arms contain
ing tiny spoons. These are made
of soft-toned china, and they nod
their heads, too, invitingly.

Beginning Today We Inaugurate
A Most Unusual Sale of
New and Fashionable Brassieres
The time has passed when the brassiere was a thing of service only,
and necessarily homely. With the present fashions the use of the
brassiere is as necessary as the proper selection of the corset. It may
be only a flimsy little conceit of lace and ribbon, or it may do real
work of controlling the flesh and molding it.
We make a specialty of the four most popular makes, the H. & W.,
the DeBevoise, the W. B. and the Bien Jolie. In all these we have
a wide variety of models in cambric, allover embroidery, allover lace,
linen, net, and china silk, also heavy linen mesh. Come in cross back,
lace back and hook front styles.
