Mayor Rushlight yesterday afternoon
ordered the franchlae for the North
western Electric Company aent back
to the Council for final action. The
board fixed i per cent of the gross
earnings of the company aa the valua
tion. This waa recommended by the
street committee.
The franchise will be taken up by
the Council July I.
