Except along the Pacific Coast and over
Iowa. Wisconsin. Northern Minnesota and
Northern Michigan, there has been a quite
general decrease of atmospheric pressure
within the last 13 hours. Except over West
ern Washington, there are no pronounced
pressure gradients shown on this evening s
chart. Within ths last 12 hours showers
have occurred In Interior Western Canada,
Northwestern Montana. Massachusetts,
Northern Michigan and Florida. Moderately
heavy rains have fallen in Eastern Missouri
and Southern Louisiana. Thunder storms
were reported from Saskatchewan, the Plains
States. Central Mississippi and Ohio al
ievs. Middle Atlantic and southern New Eng
land states. The weather is warmer In
Southern Alberta, the Northern Rocky Moun
tain and Northern Plains States. Northern
Louisiana. Alabama, Eastern Tennessee ana
Maine, and It Is correspondingly cooler In
the upper Mississippi and Ohio Valleys, up-
