To Serjeant Harms a maid at the Panton home In Roaemont. on Portland Heights, said that Mrs. Panton was not In and telephone calls to the bouse were not answered. The trouble started during a visit of Dr. Panton to his home yesterdajeaf ter noon. After the doctor was attacked by his wife, according to his story to the police, be was driven out of the noose. When the doctor went home two months ago, the complaint alleges, Mrs. Panton. brandishing a loaded revolver, drove him emt of the house. A warrant was not sought at that time.
