Dunne, United States Collector of Internal Revenue, has given his last warning to corpora tions reirardlne; the filing; of return under the provision of the Fedelal corporation tax law. The filing; period expires March 1 and as the act carries a penalty for non-compliance that ad mits of a fine of from $1000 to $5000, Colonel Dunns says leniency will not be shown. "This act applies to all corporations. including; those of a benevolent and mutual aid character, but, of course. some are exempt from taxation, yet that does not exclude them from filing their returns," said Colonel Dunns yes terday.
