of the Lebanon State. Bank waa held
l.l nleht and the old offlcwa were re
flected, as follows: J. M. Stewart, pres
ident; Wwird Kellenberser. vtce-presl-drnt;
E. B. Iay. cashier; Clarence In
gram, assistant cashier. The last-named
fills a newly created office. The busi
ness has so Increased as to require an
assistant cashier In addition to a book
keeper. ,

a National bank.
The $10,000 new atock was deslrtd by
the old stockholders, but they waived
