He Is charged with passing worthless checks aggre gating $30 on Llpman. Wolfe & Com pany and on the J. K. Gill Company. The checks were drawn on a Chehalis, Washington, bank. Pat Gilmore, who is alleged to have hold up and robbed Henry Tenboseh, a driver for the Spring Valley Wine Company, on the Powell Valley road, was Indicted on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon.
