weaken the Civic Council and suggested
that th federation take over the Civic
Council and not form a new federation.

vorced from Marlon Kruse. al Oregon
City. February 10. 190. He was at that
time ordered to pay monthly alimony,
and Is alleged to have failed to do so
since August 10. about the time of his
disappearance. The alimony was pay
able. It Is alleged at the rate of 1125
a month.
