All owners of motorboats and other craft on tho river, whether members of the Portland Motorboat Club or not. have been Invited by that organlra tlon to participate In the two aquatic parades to be held next Monday. Invi tations have been sent to all motorboat owners in the city. One parade will be the official escort to Rex Oregonus In the morning, and the other an Illum inated parade at night.
