A gala night for Astoria Lodge, No. 180, Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, will be tomorrow night when that lodge Is to dedicate Its new 2100,000 temple. Port land Elks are going In force to the Cen tennial City to help their brothers open their handsome new home. The river steamer Monarch, formerly the Charles R. Spencer, and one of the fastest water craft plying on the Colum bia and Willamette rivers, has been chartered by the Portland Elks and will leave Portland at noon tomorrow with the Portland delegation.
