DUEBER DIES AT SEA Portland Man Kip I res After Trip South for Health. STEAMSHIP BEAVER AT SEA. March t. (Special.) Charles A. Due ber. of tl East Alder street, died at o'clock this morning on the steam er Beaver, en route to Portland. Heart failure was the cause. His wife and urse were with him. Mr. Dueber's health had been falling for some time and with his wife he had spent the Winter In California In the hope that the climate there would be beneficial, and apparently had re ceived some benefit. His four sons were at home and received the message of his death. Clarence and Eugene left last night for Astoria to meet their mother and are expected In Port land tonight. Mr. Dueber was an old resident of Portlsnd. Ho formerly had a home on the West Side. He was 6s years old. He Is survived by his wife and four sons Clarence.
