SEASON TICKETS PROPOSED
Corvallis Would Sell Them for All
Athletic Events.
OREGON AGRICULTURAL COL
LEGE. Corvallis. Jan. 10. (Special.)
A season ticket entitling the holder to
admission to all athletic and forensic
contests for the college year probably
will be adopted. The plan passed by
the student body provided for compul
sory purchase of such a ticket. This
scheme was vetoed by the Board of
Resrents.
Manager Cox has secured the co
operation of practically every student
organization In the Institution. The ob
jectionable feature will be dropped and
the choice of tickets made entirely vol
untary. A very general and thorough
campaign, however, for the sale of
these tickets will be immediately
taken up.
If this scheme is successfully carried
through It will mean that the ticket,
which will admit the holder to more
than 20 contests, can be purchased for
a very nominal sum, estimated at not
more than $4. The plan will also have
the effect of greatly popularizing the
student activities.
