Mr. Boos seeks the location of the varloua enterprises, source of water supply, character of water rights, date of completion of ditch, length of main ditch, capacity, number of laterals, area of land to be ultimately Irrigated, area Irrigated In lu. cost of system, cost of water right and a general descrip tion, from the date the system was flrt projected. Mr. Boos says: -It appears the land owners, farmers and stockmen do not realise the Importance of this Irriga tion census.
