These officials wanted Colonel Goethals to tell them what tha charge would be so that they could figure upon building new boats. If Germany Is awake to the change whlrh Is going to happen only two Summers away. It la time for tha Coast to get ready to take advantage of every poeetbla avenue for the In crease of trade.
