She Is supposed to be the veslel that Pilot Anderson has been on sev eral days. The Frieda Is one of the few full rigged four-mssted vessels seen on this coast. Hs was ar rested at Arlington last Saturday, charged with burglary from a store In Condon, and wss also wsnted In Pendle ton for robbery of a dwelling-house near Echo. The Arlington Marshal handcuffed his prisoner Sundsy and locked him In the City Jail while he attended to other du tlea. Upon returning he found the lock broken and the bird flown with the hand cuffs still on. 'When arrested In Ths Dalles this morning.
