wherefrom it is made competently to ap
pear that Portland Development Company,
a corporation duly organised and existing
under and by virtue of the laws of the
State of Oregon, with its principal office
and place of business at Portland in said
state, has suffered foreclosure of all of its
properties under certain purchase money
mortgages therefore executed and de
livered by it, and that moneys have been
advanced from the receivership herein and
from other sources for the protection of
the properties more adequately to secure
the repayment of the sums of money due
the Title Guarantee A Trust Company
theretofore incurred by Portland Develop
ment Company to it. and that for further
assurance in and about the conveyance of
said land to the purchaser at such fore
closure sales, under the decrees of fore
closure conveyances should be had and
given by Portland Development Company
and by the receiver herein for the further
assurance of title thereto, rand it being
further made to appear in and by said pe
tition among other things that deeds of
conveyance should be executed evidencing
paper tit e acceptable to purchasers to
whom sali of said property may be made,
and it ap earing that the usufruct of the
properties s destroyed .and the same prac
tically valt.eless without a ready means of
