who pleaded guilty In Circuit Court Tues
day to the charge of assault with a dan
gerous weapon, waj sentenced today by
Judge W. L.. Bradshaw to pay fin

John McLnuchlin. two railway officials,
at hanlko last June. The negro la In
jail.
i?. Sarry. a Japanese, who pleaded
guilty to simple larceny, was sentenced
to erve 30 days In the County Jail.
James Ryan, who waa arrested yester
day at Hosier, was bound over to tha
February srrand jury by Justice Douthlt
today In the sum of $1000. Ryan as
charged with larceny in a dwelling. He
Is in jail In default of bond.
