FLOAT FOU FESTIVAL Irish Socli-ly Plans) to Take Promi nent Part In Hoe Carnival. At a meeting held yesterday after noon the Ancient Order of Hibernian decided to take part in the Rose Festi val parade, and be represented by a float. A committee Is now at work on a design which will be characteristic of the order. The float will probably be representative of one of the ancient stone towers still standing In Ireland, and it is likely that each of the 11 counties of the island will be repre sented by a young girl appropriately attired. A "Maid of Frln la to occupy the float also, and It Is proposed to have the most .popular lady from the two divisions of the auxiliary art In that capacity.
