The other Is lflOxIW at York and Black -stone, boucht by Zan Errs, as a site for their new factory and warehouse. Kach of these pieces chanced hands at about George I. Schalk also reports th sale of the quarter block at the southeast corner of Fourteenth and Flanders from F. E. Perrlne to a local man for J2h,ow). There are three dwelllnKS on the piece, but It Is announced that the new owner Intends to erect a modern dwelling on the site.
