1908 by Clarence H. Gilbert, proctor on
behalf of Smith & Watson Iron Works, a
corporation, as lltiellants. In a cause of
contract, civil and maritime, against the
vessel. Oaks Flyer, her tackle, apparel
and furniture, and praying the usual pro
cess and monition of the court that all
persons Interested In said Oaks Flyer, her
tackle, apparel, machinery and furniture

had that the said Oaks Flyer may be de
creed to be sold, and the proceeds thereof
