An Impressive cere monial occurred in the State College Campus today, when the cornerstone of the new $130,000 library and auditorium building was laid by the Grand Masonic Ixdge of Washington. Attending the ceremony were several hundred Masons from many lodges of Eastern Wash ington and a large number from the lodges from Western Washington. Claiming that National Glass Company had defaulted in the payment of interest on $600,000 worth of bonds, the Union TruBt Com pany, of this city, made a demand on the receiver in the United States Circuit Court for the property of the concern under foreclosure.
