Mr. Boetzkes has a contract to furnish the Oovernment 250.000 tons of rock to be used in the Jetty at Grays Harbor. All he asks of the city is the right, of way for the spur and 100 or 500 feet of river front where he can build wharves to load his lighters. His plan Is to ship the rock from Bellingham. where it is quar ried, direct to Montesano, and to load on barges here and ship by water to Damon's Point. The matter was at once taken up by the Commercial dub and if the. right of way can be secured, work will begin at once. APPEALS FROM DECISION Harrlman Does "ot Want lo Answer Questions About Stocks.
