at which time and place they will be
opened, for the purchase of the United
States vessels Pinta and Canonicus. ap

ly. They will be sold for cash to the per
son or to the corporation or . corporations
offering the highest price therefor. A
separate proposal- for each vessel bid

velope addressed te the Secretary of the
