determined to arrange the upper floor for
restaurant purposes. The name of the
prospective lessee has been withheld, but
he states that if he secures the privilege
he will open In Portland one of the most
lilgh-class restaurants on the Coast. He
read the account of the Russell & Blyth
building in last Sunday's Oregonian and
immediately wired the local firm.
