No action was taken by the streets com mittee of the Council yesterday relative to the application of the Northern Pacific for a franchise on York street it being represented that attorneys for the appli cant, as well as those on behalf of the O. R. & N. and Terminal Company, would pot together and frame a franchise that would meet the approbation of all in terested railway corporations.
